ice has set up in 3 hotels, in all of the towns. switching license plates, hiding in roadwork block offs. i have a lot of videos on an ipod and my phone. they are staying off exit 10 on 295, 3 hotels there. hilton hampton, marriotts, holiday inn. former military, former police, etc. committing parking violations, hiding in plain clothes, avoiding being filmed. i am a paralegal student at gloucester county college 787-990-6526
