potential ice outside of ohsu hospital in sw. right outside the er entrance. unmarked vehicle and unmarked man wearing a greenish jacket with the american flag on the arm. he looks hella suspicious and i have never seen him outside there before. plates are (e?)270726 a black ford (escape?)
