nat'l guard / cbp / ice - a cbp facility is located at this address. approx 19:30, observed 20-30 mostly ca nat'l guard & ice vehicles. various vehicle types, but mostly unmarked vans. a few marked ice & cbp vehicles present. this facility has underground parking, thus, most of the contingent has been moved for the night. unknown number of personnel present, but had observed 20-30 guardsmen earlier in the day. definitely a larger contingent present based on number of vehicles observed. if able, will update tomorrow.
